Google Search Consoleから「Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’」という問題の通知が来た。Google XML Sitemapsの「HTML形式でのサイトマップを含める」のチェックを外してsitemap.htmlをサイトマップに含めないようにすることで修正することができた。
エラー通知を確認する
下のような通知が届いた。「Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’」と言っている。
当該エラーについて検索などして調べると、sitemap.htmlがサイトマップに含まれているのが原因のようだ。

- Google XML Sitemapsの設定を開く(WordPressの管理画面->「設定」->「XML-Sitemap」)
- 「基本的な設定」->「HTML形式でのサイトマップを含める」のチェックを外す
- ページ最下部の「設定を更新」を選択
修正結果を確認する
修正を行った後に「Fix Coverage Isuues」を押下することで修正内容を確認することができる。
「Fix Coverage Isuues」を行うと以下のように再検証の開始について通知がくる。
修正の検証はすぐ終わるわけではなく数日かかることがあるとのことで、今回は約10日かかった。
再検証が終了すると以下のように検証結果が通知される。
これで無事修正を終えることができた。
